About The Residences at Shadow Mountain

Our community of residents, lot owners and parcel owners sits in a heartland of rivers, valleys and mountains and reflects the natural environment surrounding it. It is one of the few communities where an effort is made to preserve trees within built areas. This architecturally controlled strata community is experiencing rapid development and is the first FireSmart Community in the area. Neighbours, both new and long-standing, are keen to share the effort to maintain this recognition and keep our community safe.

Handy to the Canadian Rockies International Airport, the main commercial centers in downtown Cranbrook and Kimberley, ski resorts, and golf courses, it is located on Highway 95A North and accessible from Wycliffe Park Road. We share our home around our neighbor, the Shadow Mountain Golf Course.
